Norogachi - Tutuguri

In January of 2006, we were invited to witness, participate in, and document the inaugural celebrations of the new Ceremonial Dance Hall in Norogachi. The Tutuguri, one of the most important ceremonies of the Rarámuri, was celebrated that day as part of the inaugural feast. Please press on the images to see videos of the Tutuguri.
